How do i transfer Accounts from one computer with a different version of Quickbooks to the other?

I have 2 computers with different versions of Quickbooks on each. I would like to work with the 2 as they are but i want to kind of move the account of the first computer to the second (but still saving it ).Backing up as i work with them separately. I do not know how to consolidate the account since they are of different version.Pls i need a step to step explanation.

Sorry, this can't be done. QuickBooks files are only compatible with the same version of the program. And even if you have the same version installed on both PC's, you won't be able to 'transfer' accounts from one file to the other. You could use the same file on both machines....
