I am wondering how to do this as I know of someone who needs one and is severly disabled. This person is a very good artist and can make a living this way if he can find a computer. Thanks!

Gateway Computers used to have a program. You may want to check out their website and see if they still offer it. If you can't find any info on their website, you can try calling customer service. When I worked there, it wasn't a widely publized program . . . for obvious reasons.
