How do I fix my computer screen so that I can get rid of the strange blue lines that appear over dark colors?

Whenever my computer has to display dark colors, like a black background, it appears with blue, vibrating, horizontal stips through it. The stripes are thin, and move slightly, making everything really annoying to try to read or look at.

This just started happening about a week ago, when I turned on my pc. And I have restarted it, auto-adjusted it, messed with the color settings, etc, with nothing doing. Help!

How do I fix my computer screen so that I can get rid of the strange blue lines that appear over dark colors?
if its a laptop u need to sotter the line that go from the parts to the screen...if its a tower get a new monitor.
Reply:On the monitor turn down the brightness and adjust to a higher contrast, as you turn down the brightness go slow and turn it until the lines have just disappeared, then adjust the contrast, the brightness uses a lot more power to the monitor causing the lines, you should be ok after that, hope this helps and good luck.
Reply:Press, Left Shift Key+Left Alt Key+Print Screen.

The result:

Then the screen appears to the high level contrast. In this screen helps for the person of low level site problems.

After, the windows will give Special color scheme.

Suppose, you don't need, press the same key.
