Remember I always shut down my computer in a proper way. But every time when I want to start my computer it automatically start booting just after switing on the power from the main switch board. I never have to press the power switch of the cabinet.
When I on the power from the switchboard my computer automatically start booting. What may be the problem?
Hi,
I've had this for a year now. It used to be a server so it automaticly switched on after the power was on. It must be a setting in the BIOS. Have a look in there!
Reply:there's a virus
Reply:power switch in your desktop stucked-up (shorted) try to replace this part.
Reply:In the BIOS there is a setting to restart after power failure that is turned on. You can go into the BIOS and disable it.
Reply:your power button may be stucked up causing this problem. so after you swithched on your cabs switch it automatically boots up. replace the switch inside your cpu case
Reply:i have the same problem. everytime the power is interupted(for whatever reason) and i put power back on thepc starts up on his own.is it perhaps normal or have i misunderstood the question.
Reply:Well you didnt mention which kind of smps you use . usually there are two types of power system one the old one which you use to press on and the button stays in and when you swith off the button comes out ,that is called at power system .
it it is that then you have to swith it off even after shutdown or else it will give you the same problem .
if it is another system you better check to the swith of the pc whether it is struck ,or any smps problem ,... bye
