How to trace out the IP address of a computer from where a particulare yahoo messenger account is being operated. It is just like knowing the IP of a computer that is being used to access a prticular messenger id or any other ids we know.

When you're in a conversation with the person, make sure there is NO other internet activity going on, then go to a command prompt (Start menu, click run, type "cmd" without the quotes, and click ok) enter the command netstat, and press enter. This will show you the IP address of all computers connected to you.
Reply:there is no way to tell who owns a yahoo messenger ID, you make no direct connection to them during a messenger session.
