like if I want to teach someone how to use a program, how do I record it into video format?
What computer software programs can I use to record my computer screen?
I personally use CamStudio, which is free. Its very useful for capturing any on-screen motion, and its also incredibly easy to use. You can download it at http://www.camstudio.org
