I purchased songs from itunes and did not know they could not be played on Windows Media Player. I tried to burn the songs onto a CD but could not because my computer was not authorized to do so.
How do you get computer authorization to burn songs from itunes?
Okay, open the itunes page.
At the top left, there will be tabs
File Edit Controls View Store Advanced Help
scroll the cursor over the one that says store, if nothing happens after u have the cursor on the 'store' tab, click it
A list should drag down from the tab
There will be options
Search..

Reply:Well first try to find out who's account it is who is buying the songs when you do that under "store" on the itunes toolbar
then click authorize computer it will ask for you itunes account
type that in then it should work
If that doent work then check if you are a computer administrator
and if this doen't work then call apple the help alot
or email your problem to apple at: iTunesStoreSupport@apple.com They WILL answer in 2 days or less
