What type of computer and operating system do you have and how do you like it?

I want to figure out what is the most common computer people use today.





Right now I have a new Compaq/HP Presario laptop with1G memory intel pentium dual core, 80G hardrive, 15.4 screen, and Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium and I absolutly love it. I use it everyday.





I also have a gateway solo Windows XP laptop with intel celeron, 256 mb, 40G hardrive, and 14.1 screen. I am planning on getting rid of it because I don't use it anymore. I moved everything to Windows Vista because I like it better and it's more easier and better to me then XP. Havn't had any problems.





So what do you have?

HP/Compaq laptop AMD Semprom 512MB RAM 40GB HD WiFi works fine but it's getting to slowly for the demands of my job.

i am overwhelmed with this build.. it is extremely fast, encodes avi to dvd in under 10 minutes, just under 16k on 3d06


xp pro 32bit properly configured


will need to be one mother of a system to convince me to trade in this build
